TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAK FIRST LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
